4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to GrowPartner. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowPartner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
